Trainers, Niantic has officially revealed the next Pokemon GO event, Global Bloom! Grass Weekend 2017 : From May 5 to May 8, there will be an influx (increased spawn) of grass Pokemon as part of the worldwide bloom event! Update #1: Lures will last 6 hours during the weekend, as confirmed by Niantic on Twitter! There will be no Shop deals, nor will there be double XP or Stardust for this event, just increased Grass spawns and longer Lure Modules. In celebration of Japans Golden Week , Niantic will be luring Japanese Trainers to McDonald’s’s Golden arches for a Pokémon GO McDonald’s Lure Event! Like with the Lapras and  Snorlax  events, Japan is receiving another region exclusive event. This is not a huge surprise since Pokémons roots are from Japan. When Golden Week 2017 Start Starts:  April 29th 2017 at 6:00. Ends:  May 7th 2017 at 24:00.   What Japan has over 2,500 PokéStops.
