Gastly Community Day in July 2020
This month, Niantic has a slew of Pokemon Go activities planned. The studio will hold another Community Day on Sunday, July 19, ahead of Pokemon Go Fest 2020 , and it has now given some further information about the event.

Like the previous Community Days, the July event will span six hours instead of three, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. Gastly, as previously announced, will be this month's featured Pokemon. The Ghost Pokemon will emerge in the wild considerably more often than normal during Community Day, and you'll get a chance to capture a Shiny Gastly.
Niantic also confirmed that the Community Day move for this month will be Shadow Punch. If you develop Haunter—evolved Gastly's form—into Gengar by 7 PM local time (two hours after the Community Day finishes), it will learn Shadow Punch, which it usually cannot learn in Pokemon Go.
