Rotom is a Pokémon with a plasma body and the form of a lightning rod. A pale blue halo of electricity surrounds it, forming lightning bolt-shaped appendages. It has fangs and blue eyes with a separating line across them. It is believed to resemble a will-o'-the-wisp powered by electricity.
