Pokémon storage was recently expanded to 2,500, giving Trainers plenty of room to keep all of the varied Pokémon they are acquiring. Also, keep in mind that there is now a crisis in the world of Pokémon GO, since the Team Rocket invasion is still in full swing. If you haven't already participated in that significant event, you should do so soon.

About Parc Jean-Drapeau
Parc Jean-Drapeau is situated near the famous Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, which hosts the Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix, which explains the variety of highlighted Pokémon at the event. We created a useful snapshot of the region where Canada Safari Zone takes place:
The park is divided into two islands: Saint Helen's Island and the man-made Notre Dame Island. The Saint Lawrence River surrounds both islands.
We discovered an outstanding flyover video that shows how the park seems from above. The film is spectacular, and we believe that this Safari Zone will be a huge success! Park Jean Drapeau is vast, with corridors intersecting with water beds and the odd modernist iron monument, providing for an intriguing stroll in any direction. The enormous "sphere" is known as the Montreal Biosphere, and it was built for Expo 67, the 1967 World Fair.
Tips for traveling to Montreal
Summarized from The Blonde Abroad and Youtube:
- “A Canadian city with a French heart” is often used to describe Montreal
- Montreal has the largest population of French speakers outside of Paris, but you will find that the majority of the population speaks perfect English
- 1 US dollar will get you around 1.31 Canadian dollars.
- In September, you’ll see temperatures dropping into the seventies then slowly down to the lower forties in November.
- One of the oldest urban areas in North America, with buildings dating back to the 17th century
- Poutine is a must if you’re in Quebec, as it’s one of most famous the local dishes. French fries, gravy and cheese curds included!
- Montreal is famous for their bagels and their magnificent churches. With a booming culture and art scene, there shouldn’t be a lack of PokeStops and Gyms wherever you may roam.
- Montreal’s metro is amazing, but so are all other transportation methods: buses, taxis, Uber is available. You should avoid driving, as public transportation is more than adequate.
Recommended gear 🛍️
We respectfully suggest these Anker power banks and themed headwear as excellent partners for your Montreal Safari Zone excursion. These links will take you to Amazon, where we will get a small commission if you purchase them via us. So don't purchase them if you already own one:
Anker PowerCore Lite 20000mAh is presently on sale for less than $40 USD, which is an excellent value for a 20000mAh power bank. The only drawback is that it comes with a Micro USB charging connection, which means you'll need to purchase a USB C / Lightning connector separately. Nonetheless, a fantastic bargain!
Anker Powercore II 10000 is not necessarily less expensive, however it is much more portable than the 20000mAh version. It's half the weight and half the charge of its bigger sister, weighing in at 190 grams. As someone who has this power bank, I can only speak well of it. It has never run out of power, loses very little charge while not in use, and charges at a fair rate. I've used it in all weather situations and in a variety of settings; it's a terrific tiny companion in every case!
A cool looking Pokemon cap or a hat is a must-have during these events since it protects you from sunburn and allows you to play for longer periods of time. We don't have any favorites, but Amazon has an incredible range of great products!
