Dratini is a reptile Pokémon with a serpentine blue body and a white underbelly. It has three white fins on the sides of its head and a white bulge on its forehead where its horn is forming. It has round, purple eyes above its round, white snout.

Dratini's life force is continually increasing, causing it to expand and reach lengths of over six feet. It loses its skin on a regular basis as it develops, hiding behind a fast waterfall in the process. Draitni's shed skin may be utilized to make ultra-luxurious footwear. Dratini enjoys a tranquil undersea existence, eating whatever food settles to the bottom. Although this Pokémon was assumed to be a myth at first, a tiny colony has been discovered dwelling underwater. A fisherman spotted it after spending 10 hours trying to catch it. It has been dubbed the "Mirage Pokémon." Outrage was Generation II's defining move.

Dratini is one of the numerous catchable Pokemon in Pokemon GO.
For February 14, 2018, Dratini was the featured Pokémon on Community Day.
