Trainers who take part in an Elite Raid will have access to exclusive timed research, which can only be received once. Completing the research will earn Candy for Regirock, Registeel, and Regice. Elite Raids are a new type of challenging raid that can only be completed in-person at selected EX Gyms worldwide. They are designed to be a bit over Tier 5 difficulty and have a 30-minute completion window once the Raid Egg has hatched. Elite Raid Eggs take 24 hours to hatch, and Trainers are encouraged to organize well ahead of time and not be late for the spawn.The Regieleki Elite Raid will hatch at 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m. local time.
