Completing the research will earn Candy for Regirock, Registeel, and Regice. Elite Raids are a new type of challenging raid that can only be completed in-person at selected EX Gyms worldwide. They are designed to be a bit over Tier 5 difficulty and have a 30-minute completion window once the Raid Egg has hatched. Elite Raid Eggs take 24 hours to hatch, and Trainers are encouraged to organize well ahead of time and not be late for the spawn.The Regieleki Elite Raid will hatch at 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m. local time. Trainers will see a special Raid Egg on top of an EX Gym 24 hours before the Raid starts, and the Elite Raid Eggs will also be visible on the Nearby radar and in Niantic Campfire. This brand new Pokémon, also known as the Electron Pokémon, first appeared in Pokémon Sword and Shield as part of Generation VIII. Biology Medicham is a humanoid, bipedal Pokémon that resembles a yoga practitioner. It has a gray body with red and yellow adornments. A red headpiece with three bulb-like extensions covers the upper portion of its head: one on top and one on either side. The bulb on top is short on a female Medicham. Its large, focused eyes are slightly covered by the headpiece, and its red lips seem to be in a rounded or puckered position.
