Biology

Glalie is a spherical Pokémon with a black rock core wrapped in ice. This Pokémon's body is riddled with holes and gaps caused by the ice coating. Three of these holes reveal blue eyes and a mouth with flat teeth. Glalie's head is adorned with two huge, black, conical horns on each side.

Because of the overpowering energy, Mega Glalie's jaw has dislocated, forcing its mouth to expand the length of its face. Except for two light-blue, conical, frosty spikes on the lower jaw, the lower jaw is completely black. Mega Glalie's pupils are now crimson rather than black. Mega Glalie's horns have been largely transformed into ice, with the addition of a third horn on its forehead.

According to folklore, Glalie was created from a rock that absorbed the sorrow and regrets of any mountaineers who were stranded on cold mountains. Glalie's ice body is essentially a soft, brittle rock. Its body becomes tougher than steel when coated with ice. It does not melt and has the ability to manipulate ice by immediately freezing moisture in the air into any desired form. This skill allows it to dress in ice armor and freeze its target, which it then devour whole. However, it loves to consume frozen Pokémon such as Vanillite. It may be found in caverns, especially when there is no snow outside.

Mega Glalie can spew blizzards from its shattered mouth indefinitely, but it is annoyed by the fact that it can no longer swallow its victim. The regions where Mega Glalie often occurs will be whited out. Any prey it encircles in its jaws is instantaneously frozen.
