Update: The new Special Friendship Weekend will begin today (February 8) at 1:00 PM PST and will include 2x friendship level, 2x trade sweets, and 50% off Stardust trading.

Various friendship levels + normal or special trade = various Stardust trading expenses, and here's a summary to assist you out this weekend. Keep in mind that the greater the friendship level, the lesser the cost of Stardust.

Previous Story: Trainers, a new event begins this weekend, and from February 8 at 1:00 PM PST to February 11 at 1:00 PM PST, Pokemon Go buddies will receive additional benefits.

This event was advertised in Pokemon Go's official newsletter, and the following are the details:

Friendships are precious, and they have additional benefits this weekend! Make a new friend and celebrate your existing friends with special Gift and trade benefits beginning February 8 at 1 p.m. PST! Friendship will grow twice as quickly until February 11 at 1 p.m. PST, and transactions will cost half as much Stardust. Additionally, for every deal you make, you'll get double Candy! Let us rejoice in the delight of friendship!"

To conserve Stardust, save your Special Trades until after the event begins. Niantic has announced another Mini Event for this friendship weekend!

A Special Friendship weekend will be celebrated in Pokemon GO from February 8 at 1 PM PST to February 11, 2019. Friendship builds twice as quickly all weekend, Candy is doubled for each trade, and trades need half the normal quantity of Stardust!

Even though November is coming to a conclusion, there is one more event for participants to participate in before the month is out. The 2019 Friend Fest is the name of this event. Thankfully, we've taken care of all of the logistics for the 2019 Friend Fest.

The Friend Fest event will begin at 1 PM PST/ 3 PM CST/ 4 PM EST on November 27th and will conclude on December 2nd at 1 PM PST/ 3 PM CST/ 4 PM EST.

Participants will be able to meet family-themed figures in the wild and complete research tasks. This implies that Nidoran and other similar animals will appear more often during the 2019 Friend Fest.
