Minun is a bipedal cream Pokémon with blue patterns. It features a dot-like nose and a cream-colored minus sign in the center of its blue cheeks. It has long, flat, predominantly blue ears. It has stubby, digitless limbs and azure front paws. It has a blue negative symbol at the end of its short tail.

Minun is more concerned about its comrades than with itself, emitting showers of sparks as it cheers for them. When its mate is in peril, it emits more and more sparks. It has the ability to generate electric pom-poms for cheering. Its electrical current circulates blood and energizes its target. It is found in grasslands and savannas. Due of its aversion of water, it will hide beneath the eaves of homes when it rains.
