It will include increased Totodile spawns, 3-hour Lures, a 1/4 egg hatch distance, a special Feraligatr move, and other goodies. Shiny Totodile, Shiny Croconaw, and Shiny Feraligatr will also make their Pokémon GO debuts, based on prior Community Days. Niantic has announced that the Americas and Greenland Community Day will be held on January 12 from 1-4 PM Central Time. The featured Pokémon for the event is the Water-type Totodile, which will occur more often in the wild. Furthermore, if you develop your Croconaw into Feraligatr during or up to one hour after the event, your Feraligatr will learn the Water-type move Hydro Cannon. Other benefits include Incubators that are four times as effective and Lures that last three hours for the length of the event.
